Very easy to use e-book reader?

My birthday is approaching and parents thought it was done in years and can no longer make any libraries and would probably have trouble getting to your local library and read like maybe the perfect gift would be a sort of Kindle e-book gadget. He love the classics (Dickens, Wilde, Bronte, etc) to the books should be free or cheap, because they are more than a century of wondering what is ebook easier to use books to find the download, maybe even change the font to a larger things like that. Can anyone recommend please.

In short, I will not choose or iPad Nook color, because they use the backlight on the screen as a computer screen and is difficult for us. While it is not appropriate for reading. e-book readers to other corner which B & N, Sony Reader and Amazon Kindle, I'll go for the Kindle. For the Sony Reader, many books (on all new versions) can not easily find it. For lunch, is good but is easy to use slower and less easy compared to the new version Kindle.
