Amazon Kindle would meet my four guaranteed in this case?
I do not know what caused the mine to break, but it has definitely broken. There white spots, lines and other signs of poor across the screen. He was in my backpack, so I do not know if the abuse caused or defect arose. I have only six weeks, which is still under warranty for one year, but Amazon still help me?
Amazon's warranty, like all others, covers only manufacturing defects and protects the buyer from the wrong product. This does not guarantee a replacement if yours is damaged. If not in a protective case and was in the bag Backpacks (books, keys, cell phones, etc.) and the Kindle has been damaged by accident or user error. Sounds like crackled glass face and affected. The automaker not to replace or repair your car after an accident, right? Now you can contact Amazon for information about repair costs, or if you can pay for a replacement refubished. Good luck.
